I have a foood addiction?

Yoga helps you feel really good! I would add yoga and cardio into everyday! Don't worry about what other people think of you! Feel beautiful in you own way :) Just NO fast foods, junk foods, or soda! Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies. You will feel 10 times better if you exercise and eat lots less and less often. Best of luck!! I would also check out some work out videos from the library-that's what I do and it seems to really help!
