How to dress........?

okay so i read a article that says you should dress like your personality and im not sure how .. my personality is like i guess people describe me as a bad ***. but im more like a bad *** with a hint of girly .. kinda like tea from skins i guess :P .. how would i dress like that ? like where would i shop and **** :P what color should my hair be what should i dress like what piercings should i get if any? hah this is kinda a stupid question but whatever :P
