If R&S were a courtroom...?

Greetings MM:-) I have several years in Law, and I feel qualified in many different positions, at least this is what I heard around the firm:-) no one would be found guilty or not guilty until they had a very fair hearing of course:-) due process indeed.....everyone is allowed a fair trial in my court...
